SAP Service and Asset Manager

SAP Service and Asset Manager for iPad is a new mobile app that leverages the digital core with SAP S/4HANA as well as SAP Business Technology Platform as the cloud platform for managing work orders, notifications, condition monitoring, material consumption, time management, and failure analysis. It supports multiple personas for asset management, field service management and inventory management in a single app, enabling highly skilled workers to perform their job with complex information and business logic that is always available whether they are connected to the network or working in offline environments. BUG FIXES • Fixed multiple crashes when adding confirmations, navigating between Sub-Operation screens, and managing Notes • Resolved an issue where a single failed upload would block all subsequent local orders and notifications from syncing • Fixed app freeze and missing sync progress indicator when returning to the foreground after a background sync • Fixed automatic synchronization stopping after the first run when Threshold Period is not configured, and an issue where auto sync ran even when disabled • Operation Notes are no longer lost when the Complete Operation flow is canceled; technical objects are now correctly copied when adding an order from an operation • Fixed missing technical objects on notifications created from sub-operations; notification tasks and activities are now correctly saved to the backend • Purchase Requisitions, Reservations, and Production Order items are now properly downloaded to the device • Fixed "Validate All" applying incorrect validation logic on checklists; resolved blank filter screen on Take Readings in List view (Android) • Work Order location pins no longer disappear after sync • PDF attachments no longer disappear after sync when saved as copies during editing • Unassigned Warehouse Orders and Tasks are now correctly removed after sync; EDT changes are no longer saved when Cancel is tapped
