The app has become unreliable. 1. Reservation changes made by Hyatt via phone or email are not reflected in the app. Even after several days, the reservation details remain outdated. 2. Special offers that should be available for my account do not appear on the booking screen. Please improve the synchronization of reservation data and fix the booking system issues.
