返品の際、返金額が少なかったため問い合わせした所、消費税は返金しませんと！1万円以上も減額されての返金。全く意味が分かりません。 なぜ返品したのに満額返金されないのでしょうか。売買契約をキャンセルする以上、消費税も返金するべきだと思います。 確かに返品ポリシーには消費税は返金しませんと明記されていますが、そもそもなぜそんな理不尽な約款を作っているのでしょうか？返品で消費税が返ってこない等、発送の範...

何回か使ってますが今回は最悪でした。結論から言うと、返品時に税金が返金されなかったため18000円以上損しました。返品自体は無料かとは思いますが、税金は帰ってきません。返品するかも？と言う商品を買う場合はFarfetchなどの他のサービスで買った方がよいかと思います。 あと英語のカスタマーサポートのクオリティは高くないので、イライラするかと思います。ご注意ください。
