UIやシステム自体はストレスなく使える。ただ、予約した便に変更が生じた際（しかも出発が早まった）に一切の連絡をしてくれなくて、飛行機に乗り遅れた。Trip.comなら便変更時に通知、電話、メール、で知らせてくれる。今後はkiwiを使う理由が無くなった。
