  Every time I login it shows a at code that it doesn’t let me read. Makes me login in read only and doesn’t let me login any other way of give me options to fix it. Customer service basically not helpful.

  They suddenly said that margin account are not available to anyone anymore in Japan although several friends staying in Japan already have one. Why was it suddenly stopped ? No clear answer about when will it restart.

  Of course ibkr is a brilliant application, but when I use Chinese version there are so many places that no Chinese translation and original English message displayed. Although I can understand both English and Chinese, hope you can enhance the translation in Chinese Version and give better support for Chinese localization. Thanks in advance.
