• ★★★★★ Please do not use this app; the company owes many drivers their fares.

This company owes us over 400,000 yen in fares; payment was due over three months ago, yet they keep stalling. I’ve seen reviews indicating that many other drivers have had the same experience. I urge the platform to remove this substandard app to prevent more drivers from being scammed.

• ★★★★★ You must pay us the overdue vehicle payments!

Payment was supposed to be settled within 30 working days as agreed, yet several payments for vehicles are already more than 50 days overdue. Although I have sent emails requesting payment, they keep making excuses to delay it. This amounts to fraud!

• ★★★★★ Revised-Jun.9,2026

The Dec. payment just came in now. Even if it’s several months behind the schedule, GetTransfer kept their promise and honor to make a payment to driver, so I would like to revise my rating, and I will fully restore to original 5 stars as I observe how the remaining outstanding balances are handled. I would like to take this as very positive sign for both passengers and drivers.
