近期使用 foodpanda 平台時頻繁遇到完成訂餐後，訂單長時間無外送員接單或是棄單情況，且使用者無法自行取消訂單，也難以找到可即時處理問題的客服聯繫方式，導致只能被迫長時間等待。 若平台當下無法順利媒合店家或配送量能不足，至少應提供正常的取消機制與清楚、有效的客服處理管道，而非讓消費者在訂單異常時完全無法處理。 此情況已非單次偶發，而是近期反覆發生，整體使用體驗相當不佳，也造成使用者極大困擾。希望平台能...
