The application prompts the user to enter all the necessary information for the preliminary report. The Application also helps the user to view / update any corrective action(s) or preventive action(s) assigned to them and provides the ability to capture images as evidence. The Incident Investigation DB aims to make the incident reporting faster and effective, it also enables users to view corrective /preventive actions assigned and update the same at anywhere and anyplace.
